Looking for passionate and compassionate partners
for our vocational programs.

These roles are designed to not only serve individuals
with developmental disabilities but to cultivate
our team members into future ministry leaders.

* (I.) Leadership Tiers
(1) Coach (Mentor/Trainer): Expert-level guidance.
You will train both students and upcoming Leaders to
master the technical curriculum.
(2) Leader (Emerging Coach): You will manage classroom
dynamics and be mentored by a Coach
to eventually take over training responsibilities.
(3) Helper: Provide vital one-on-one support
while learning the ArtGrace model of service.

* (II.) The Mission: Dual-Impact Mentorship
Your role has a double purpose:
(1)Vocational Training:
Teach individuals with developmental disabilities
the skills of Digital Graphic Design and eCommerce
to support their families.
(2) Leadership Pipeline:
We intentionally cultivate our supportive partners,
providing you with the training and experience needed to
become the next generation of Coaches and Ministry Leaders.

* (III.) Key Responsibilities & Skills
(1) Digital POD Product Design & eCommerce:
Teach image editing and product layout (T-shirts, mugs, bags)
using Canva, Printful, and Printify for Etsy shops.

(2) Web & Media:
Lead training for Website Setup, Design & Maintenance,
Develop an e-Magazine as a social media channel.


(3) Ministry Publicity:
Develop the Yearly Program Flyer,
Lead church outreach, "calling," and social media strategies
to grow the ArtGrace community.
