ArtGrace invites visionary college students to join us
in serving individuals with developmental disabilities
and glorifying God through Gospel outreach.
This isn’t just an internship—
it’s a launchpad for your career and your faith.
Your Role as a Vocational Skill Training Intern:
You will serve as a lead helper or assistant leader in
our Online Training programs, also join online
gospel outreach ministry, partnering with church
members to support families within this community.
What You Will Gain:

Project A:
Print-on-Demand (POD) Product Design & eCommerce
Your Mission:
Learn to use digital design tools and eCommerce platforms to empower artists with developmental disabilities. You will work with a leader to master apps and websites like Canva, Printful, and Printify to design custom layouts for products such as T-shirts, mugs, and bags. Additionally, you will gain foundational knowledge in special education concepts to better understand and support the community you are serving.
Your Impact:
Apply your skills by assisting artists with developmental disabilities in creating their own digital designs. You and your leader help them launch and manage "virtual-derived" products on Etsy.com, enabling them to sell their art online and contribute to their family's financial well-being. Beyond the technical work, your interaction will enhance their social skills and your encouragement will build their confidence, creating a lasting personal bond.

Website Set-up & Design
Your Mission:
Under your leader's supports, apply WordPress, the world’s most popular website builder, and Elementor Pro, a leading visual design software, to help artists with developmental disabilities establish a professional online presence. You will learn the core requirements for high-performing websites, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies. Additionally, you will gain foundational knowledge in special education concepts to effectively support and collaborate with the artists.
Your Impact:
Apply your technical expertise by assisting artists with developmental disabilities in building their own custom websites. Your leader and you will guide them in defining their website’s purpose and goals, empowering them to generate business and contribute to their family’s financial well-being through their digital storefronts or portfolios.
Project C:
eMagzine Establishment
Your Mission:
Working with your team leader, you will help create and update a digital eMagazine to (1) share and tell ArtGrace artist's stories
and testimonies behind the arts, designs, and products.
(2) showcase how artist's works look on various POD items
such as T-shirts, scarves, mouse pads, mugs, or phone cases.
(3) make it easy by posting the product e-commerce links
for church members, outside community, and donors to
support in purchasing their wonderful products.
Your Impact:
1. Empowering Artists: You amplify the voices of artists with developmental disabilities, transforming their personal journeys into visual stories that build deep emotional connections with supporters. 2. Driving Support: Your digital designs directly translate community interest into tangible support, helping to market artists' work and increase their personal income.
3. Connecting Communities: You create a bridge between the church, the local community, and outside donors, making it easier for them to discover and support meaningful art.
4. Personal Growth: Through this project, you develop industry-standard skills in digital publishing, marketing, and project management that prepare you for future professional success.

Media Publicity &
Calling at Church
Your Mission:
Under the guidance of your project leader, your mission is to amplify the ArtGrace message within the church and beyond. You will: (1) Inspire the Congregation: Create a compelling introductory video to be shared during Sunday worship and design ministry flyers that invite church members to partner with us through donations and support. (2) Expand Our Reach: Develop and periodically publicize creative content on social media channels to showcase the incredible talent of ArtGrace artists and share the ministry’s heart with the digital world.
Your Impact:
(1) Sharing the Vision: You are the storyteller. By creating the Sunday worship video and flyers, you ensure that every member of the church sees the beauty of ArtGrace and understands how they can help. (2) Building a Digital Home: By starting our social media channel, you give our artists a platform to be seen by people outside our physical walls, turning "followers" into "supporters."(3) Resource Mobilization: Your creative work directly leads to the donations and support needed to provide supplies, workspace, and income for artists with developmental disabilities. (4) Skill Mastery: You will gain hands-on experience in media production, graphic design, and social media marketing, building a professional portfolio while serving your community.

Q: Who is eligible to apply for the internship program?
A: We welcome current college students and recent graduates from all academic backgrounds! We are especially looking for individuals with a passion for graphic design, e-commerce, web development, and marketing management.
Q: What kind of work will I be doing?
A: Interns play a vital role in supporting our online Vocational Skill Training programs, specifically in POD (Print-on-Demand) Product Design, eCommerce, and Website Design for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will also have the opportunity to lead high school volunteers and contribute to our online gospel outreach meetings and media communications.
Q: Do I need prior experience supporting the special needs community?
A: While previous volunteer experience is a plus, it is not required. We provide all the training, mentorship, and resources you’ll need to serve our community with confidence, patience, and love.
Q: How many hours per week should I expect to commit?
A: Most positions involve 10–20 hours per week. We offer flexible scheduling to ensure the internship fits alongside your other responsibilities.
